Donations to Charity
The Charity Box contained £1368 in unused tokens. To this will be added 10% of any eventual surplus achieved. The total will then be equally divided between the County Air Ambulance, Acorn's Children's Hospice and Diabetes Research (in memory of Andy "Ticker" Buchan).
New Members of CAMRA
81 new members were signed up, of which 53 were local to the Worcester Branch area and 11 were "youngsters" under 26.
The winners of our "Taste All the Beers" competition were Thomas Callen from St Johns and Richard Green from Callow End.
The winner of our "Select A Beer" competition was Ian Stevenson from Martley.
Beers, Ciders & Perries
For 2004, our theme was Celtic Beers from Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Cornwall and Brittany.
